FOR THREE YEAR OLDS. Lasix not allowed within 48 hours of post time pursuant to HISA Rule 4212. The NYRA Stakes Committee will post the first list of invitees, including up to four (4) also-eligibles on Sunday, July 26th. Horses that have been invited into the body of the race will be asked for confirmation of planned participation by 1:00 PM (EDT) on Wednesday, July 29th. In the event NYRA does not receive confirmation by this deadline, the invitation may be revoked and a horse on the reserve list may be invited into the body of the race. NYRA will continue this process until closing time of entries. An entry fee of $5,000 (USD) will be due at time of entry, an additional $6,250 (USD) to start. 124 lbs. Trophies to be presented to the winning owner, trainer and jockey. The New York Racing Association reserves the right to transfer this race to the Main Track. In the event this race is taken off the turf it may be subject to downgrading upon review by the Graded Stakes Committee. (If the Stewards consider
